Apprentice Adolescent
 Through the Apprentice Adolescent Program, developed by the Labour Ministry, the Ramacrisna was allowed to send young people to companies for their first opportunity in the labour market.
The project encourages the development of adolescents' ethical and professional values, promoting their reintegration into society and their first contact with the labour market. The project works with young people between 15-24 years who participate in Ramacrisna's activities twice a week during the training. When introduced in the company, the learning process is divided into two parts: a professional practice in the company, held from Monday to Thursday and the theoretical part held in Ramacrisna with the educational support on Fridays. The Ramacrisna is responsible for the training of the adolescents who come from the community and teenagers from various neighborhoods of Betim. The cources involve subjects such as Administrative Assistant, Banking services Apprentice and civilian education training with lectures and seminars about Drugs, Sex Education, Interpersonal Relationships at work, Personal Hygiene, among others. From the partnership with the bank called "Banco do Brasil" and several other companies, the Ramacrisna selects and guide young people to learn a profession. The Rede Cidadã shares with Ramacrisna the methodology that was developed specifically to attract companies that are able to use the generated skilled labor .
In a ceremony last December 9th tha took place in the Liberty Palace, the governor Aécio Neves signed the document that formed a partnership with the Roberto Marinho Foundation - FRM and the Rede Cidadã to expand the network of the "Aprendiz Legal" project members. This is the FRM's own project elaboreted for the Apprentice Adolescent Program by the Federal Government.
The Ramacrisna is present in this partnership and it executes the project in Betim. It is an opportunity for local business company to find out about the advantages of being a partner in this action, which produces large positive impact on society.
