• In 2008 through the Assistance Program for the Community Human Security (APC) Projects developed by the Japanese Government through the Japanese General Consulate in Rio de Janeiro, within the celebrations of the Japanese immigration centenary in Minas Gerais and the Japan-Brazil Exchange Year it was built a new modern warehouse with 270 sq meters, designed to have space for a Vehicle Mechanic School. There were equipments available such as electronic fuel injection, equipment for diagnosis of electronic fuel injection, computerized alignment and balancing, electric elevators, pneumatic ramps, pneumatic tools and automotive examination equipment . This was the first agreement signed by the Japanese Government in Brazil in celebration of the fifth anniversary of the Japanese immigration. "
Vehicles Mechanic School  


The Ramacrisna's strategic proposal is to invest in the skills of young people and adults to build a more decent and productive future, who has in the education and professional qualification, the pillars of their actions.

Through the Income Generation project, the Ramacrisna offers professional education to people who is over 16 years old and lives in personal and social risk and the adults who seek training update. The goal is to qualify them for their reintegration in the labour market. The vehicles Mechanic School was founded in 1995 supported by the company "Localiza Rent a Car" and SENAI. During this period the school has transformed the lives of many young people and adults, promoting their professional qualification, citizenship conscience and improving their self-esteem and quality of life at the same time that protect them from risky situations. The infrastructure and equipments improvement allows the professionals to be well prepared and qualified and ensures 70% of the trainees their placement in employment.

In 2009, 22 groups were graduated in several areas such as auto mechanics, Administrative Assistant, Cooperative, among others. The courses offered by the institution were responsible for the 516 young people training, involving adults from Betim City.
